Mind-reading: Yes- And specifically, in her canon, Nightingale is exceptionally bad at avoiding having her mind read. Her telepath friend compared it to Nightingale basically flinging her thoughts in every direction. I don't know how relevant that is. Hallucination: Yes, but she's had this happen before, and it will basically be an instant CR break.
