First things first! Since Wanda is being pulled from near the end of Age of Ultron, she may reference events that occurred during the film. This could essentially mean minor to major spoilers depending on whether or not you've seen the film. So, if you'd like to interact with Wanda but don't want any spoilers, please let me know below. I want to have fun playing Wanda, but not at the expense of other players' ability to enjoy the film.
Secondly, Wanda has several mental-based superpowers, and her ability to use them (or at least one of them) is fairly crucial to her in-character interactions. Specifically, her ability to read minds is something she makes frequent use of, if only to determine if she should trust your character. Thus, in order to play Wanda as smoothly as possible, I want to set up this permissions post to know exactly how Wanda can and will interact with everyone in the fleet. If you answer no, that is fine. Wanda is still able to interact with your character, but her behavior will respond according to whether or not she can "read" him or her.
If you say no to either category below, then Wanda's augment will essentially impede her ability to effectively read your character (like getting a static image on a TV set), and it will completely prohibit her from being able to use her manipulation abilities. Please know that Wanda would not flippantly use her manipulation power; it's more of something she'd use to subdue a threat, or at least someone she perceives as a threat.
Please also know that even if you answer yes to the questions below, I will still make sure to ask your permission and discuss details with you before actually having Wanda use her powers. One final note is that Wanda will only be able to use her powers when interacting with someone face to face; that is, she's not going to be able to read or manipulate your character via the fleet communicators.
Please feel free to comment below using the following form:
Character(s): (Who you play that is likely to interact with Wanda.)
Film Spoilers? (Have you seen the film? Or are you comfortable with events from the film being spoiled for you? Please let me know!)
Mind-reading: (Are you okay with Wanda reading the mind of your character(s)? Just answer yes or no. What information she specifically reads can be entirely up to you. Basically, this power serves more as a litmus test for Wanda, measuring how much she is willing to trust your character.)
Hallucination: (Are you okay with Wanda using her powers to cause your character(s) to hallucinate and have a vision based on their fears or regrets? Again, just answer yes or no. Specifics about what your character will see can be determined later, if Wanda actually feels the need to use this power.)

Spoilers? I've seen the movie, not a problem for any of mine.
Mind-reading: Siiigh yes. She won't be fond of it but she also has superpowers and wouldn't be able to deny that she'd do the exact same thing if she could. Not much of a truster, this one.
Notable reads are that she's been ripped apart from her family about seven years ago, forced to make a family of choice and ended up with superpowers as a sort of consolation prize. Mind-control terrifies her and she doesn't talk about her original home life for fear of betraying the people back home somehow.
Hallucination: Yes, go ahead.
Character(s): Itzal Noah
Mind-reading: That depends. Noah is definitely human in form and mind, but he is actually a real-life demigod. Since she can read beings like Vision and all, Noah should still be readable. He isn't very mentally-protective of his past so much as he's just aggressive about things in general, so no mental barriers. However, he's kind of old at 206 and the vast majority of that is life in social isolation with an entire planet to explore and learn from while everyone else was either dead or in cryosleep. Recent years has him learning kind of how to form connections in the first place but trust is very far off. Noah's a wild-card who lashes out easily because his trust was shattered horrendously and he's never learned anything but violence. How Wanda interprets that is up to her!
Hallucination: Yep. Just be aware that if he realizes he's being fucked with, he will react swift and most likely violent.
